Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Reflection:
Life often feels uncertain, with unexpected twists and challenges that can leave us questioning what lies ahead. Yet, God’s promise in Jeremiah reminds us that He has a purpose for our lives. His plans are not random but are designed with our ultimate good in mind. Trusting God’s plan doesn’t mean we’ll always understand it, but it does mean we can rest in His faithfulness. When we surrender our need for control and lean into His promises, we find peace that surpasses understanding. Reflect today on an area of your life where you need to trust God more fully. How can you release your worries and embrace His plan?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your perfect plans for my life. Help me to trust You even when I cannot see the path ahead. Give me peace to rest in Your promises and courage to follow where You lead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Application:
Spend five minutes today writing down one worry or uncertainty. Then, pray over it, asking God to help you trust His plan for that situation.
